I tried Ahi original hot sauce recently and ended up getting through 80% of the bottle within 5 days.
It delivers a full-bodied, fresh flavour which really enhances food.
I have to shoutout it’s consistency because the recipe clearly takes into account the lightness and pourability of the sauce. It’s good for dipping, drizzling, glazing and even marinading.
I’ve found it to be delicious on its own but also with a little mayo when I want a less punchy flavour.

Don’t even think original means boring - one of the best sauces I’ve tasted. You can taste the pepper and the pineapple. Goes well with chips and fried chicken!
